I had a very unpleasant experience at this place last year when my daughter had an abscess in her milk tooth. One of the young dentists at the center was her primary dentist. She attempted to numb my daughter’s tooth four times. Since this was my daughter’s first experience with a numbing injection, it was quite challenging for her. Unfortunately, the dentist was unable to provide the necessary treatment for my daughter’s tooth and ended up referring us to a specialist and a hospital for the use of nitrous oxide (happy gas).

If the dentist had prescribed antibiotics and allowed some time for my daughter’s condition to improve, it might have resulted in a better outcome during her next visit, making a simple injection sufficient. This would have saved us from a long and expensive process involving a specialist and a hospital.

Very unpleasant experience with Sasha. I went there to do a simple cleanup, the dentist didn’t spend enough time to remove the stains, the assistant who barely spoke English put a bunch of Flouride on my teeth using a cotton swab, it did not cover all my teeth but gave me a terrible sense of nausea for hours.
Dentist was focused on finding issues with my teeth and possible future visits instead of doing a proper treatment. Very disappointed, will try a different medibank provider for my next appointment.

Dr Sasha Rutnam is by far the best dentist I’ve experienced. As are all the dental technicians at the clinic – I think she has a knack for picking the best. Her technique and diagnostic expertise is superior to every other dentist I’ve been to. The equipment in the clinic is state of the art, and also superior to other dental practices. So, despite not being local to her any longer, I choose to travel to see her. As does my family.
