Worst dentistry I’ve attend in my life. First visit, the dentist was running late from lunch. Second visit, I checked in via text and as I entered the front desk personnel completely ignored me. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes until the office manager approached me to ask if I needed help. I told her I had an appointment and checked in via text. They immediately took me to the back to be seen, then left me completely alone for another 15 minutes. Afterwards I just left and canceled my appointment and account with this office. Luckily I found GoSmiles Dentistry in Gainesville who are totally professional and friendly to all patients.
At Neal Dental Care they are futuristic, caring and are very good at their job.
They treat you as family while making sure they you leave their facility in way better that you come in. I switched to them and I realized how I was used to my dentist being good, but compared to NDC there was no comparison it was like my night and day.
You will not regret going here.
