Reviews:
DO NOT GO HERE. I have been going here for years and they have been great except for 2021. In 2021 I went in for an examination and was misdiagnosed by 4 DIFFERENT DENTISTS all looking at the same X-rays. They kept telling me my tooth was cracked or they were going to have to pull it. They gave me a filling. But when the pain didn’t go away after 5 months and over 6 visits to Neighborcare, I went to a specialist in Northgate. They looked at the same Xrays and said it was the tooth next to it, they fixed it and my tooth was healed. And they were shocked that none of the other dentists noticed it. I know COVID has put a lot of pressure on facilities and health care fields. But having 4 DIFFERENT doctors misdiagnose an ailment that is sloppy and scary. Luckily, nothing more serious happened and I hope it doesn’t to anyone else.
I was looking to get a new dental crown and my experience was horrible and disappointed. It started with an inexperienced receptionist upon check-in. The communication by a dentist was extremely poor that I did not understand the next step. It turned out that I was charged for examination including x-rays that I did not feel it was necessary. On my next visit, I was told that the dentist couldn’t provide a service as they were still waiting for confirmation from my dental insurance provider, which they should have informed me as I vitiated the office in vain. No apologies at all from the staff.

As I do not want anyone to experience poor services, stay away and look for other dentists!!!!

Dentists, assistance, and hygienist are top notch here. I needed several old fillings replaced and best prices, I was shocked how awesome the dentists were. Counter staff changes a lot and sometimes can be a little rude, I think that’s why reviews are low. My 11-year-old had a really traumatizing experience at her last dentist. The dental hygienist that cleaned her teeth here last month was so kind and careful, my daughter was thrilled. My other kids see Dr. Mar who is very gentle, and all the assistance are professional and very kind.
