Came in for a consultation and I wanted my tooth to be extracted.
Dr and staffs is keep pushing the root canal referral. ” I DENIED ”
and still push for root canal referral, wasted at least 15 minutes pushing for a root canal referral, then after I denied AGAIN!!!
asked me to wait again and service another customer that was after me, after then ask me what I want to happen.??
I’m like I denied your root canal blah blah, I want my tooth to be extracted rather than root canal. how simple is that?
from experience it is very uncomfortable going in this place, I don’t feel safe, and the washroom is also smells terrible even u have a mask.
and just to add up, they check you for like 2 minutes and then they will disappoint you after like they want you to go because they got paid already. this place don’t care for patients, all they want is the referral fee and all that, all they care about is covered by insurance, but not really there to help people on their concerns.
unless you want to waste your time and get a bad service.
this is the place for you, all of this is from a bad experience that I just wanted to share.
Can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Bobila and his staff. Dr. Bobila has been my dentist now for many years. He is professional, friendly, caring and on time. He is an excellent dentist who cares about his patients and gives them all the details about their treatment plans and options. I have recommended many individuals to Dr. Bobila and will continue to do so. The negative reviews must be fake. The clinic is well-managed, clean and has been around for many years. I highly recommend Dr. Bobila due to his years of experience and his professionalism.
Dr. Nestor Bobila is my families dentist since 2003. He’s been taking care of my teeth and my family, he’s a great dentist; he will thoroughly explain what needs to be done with my teeth if there are any problems with them. The staff is extremely accommodating and very welcoming. They will definitely make your stay feel comfortable! The clinic itself is also very clean and homey. I highly recommend this clinic for any of your teeth needs.
