Reviews:
I went in as a new patient, I wanted to get my teeth cleaned. I filled in the new patient form and waited 2 hours to be called in. In the meantime, the lobby was packed with patients. I get in got X-rays done, they took me to another room where I waited another 15 mins to be seen by dentist. The dentist came in didn’t even introduce himself until I asked. The dentist said everything looks good you just need to do your cleaning. I asked the assistant will I get my teeth cleaned today? She said, it’s going to be awhile since we are real busy. I didn’t have the time. (Almost 3 hours later) She said I’ll have them call you to reschedule for your cleaning. I never got the call. I called to schedule my cleaning.

Today I went and they wanted to charge me $94 out of pocket for a deep cleaning of my teeth. I said with my insurance I get free cleaning The hygienist said that is what the doctor is recommending. She said she couldn’t give me a regular cleaning. I asked for my x-rays and they lost my business. I wasn’t happy the first time around, but I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. No thanks

Terrible wait time & unorganized/unknowledgeable staff. went in for an appointment at 11 and did not go in until 2 almost 3 because the front desk lady was arguing with me over payments I had made 2 years prior my treatment. Everything was paid for her she was saying I owed money because prices had changed since then. STILL paid out of pocket it was RIDICULOUS! had my teeth extractions/ root canal done here and they were extremely rough with all the procedures performed. Went in to get my stitches removed and they left stitches! had to go back to get them removed!! the only upside was a wonderful assistant who had taken the time to make sure I was okay and helped me get through the procedure. Would not recommend this dentistry, will be switching dentists. 0/10.
First time Edinburg office, One star for friendly staff BUT…I can’t believe I was told I had THREE cavities that needed to be taken care of “immediately”. I did not believe that especially since I haven’t had ONE cavity since elementary, nor at any of my other cleanings done in my adult years. No X-rays were shown to me or images while I was on the seat. The man asked me what I had planned for the day , and when I said I was free all of a sudden I had 3 cavities! Point is I ended up going to another dentist and what a surprise, NO CAVITIES! I’m so glad I didn’t just go through with treatment that day! To think of the money wasted and discomfort for NO Reason! Not to mention I paid extra for fluoride to then have the girl polish my teeth after it was put on .
