Awful experience – booked in for my first crown – the first half of the procedure went seemingly great – I left with my temporary crown on Thursday as well as a Clemente tooth kit to bring home Incas ei had to cement it back on (my new dentist has never heard of this and says they would never do such a thing) – Friday late evening it fell off unexpectedly and was causing me quite pain and discomfort – rendering me unable to eat – due to it being the weekend I had to tough it out until Monday – I called first thing in the morning when they opened and was met with a very rude receptionist- I kindly explained what had happened and how I was in quite pain and was unable to eat – I assumed they’d fit me in first thing or sometime that day – she asked why I hadn’t used the cement in which I said I did but it did not work for me and I’m not a dental assistant so I’m not trained in cementing teeth especially to a tooth that’s painful to press down upon or have cold air even touch – she said she could MAYBE get me in to more or in the next few days – I asked if they have an emergency line or if they know of another dentists who would help me get it back on that day or what they do in the case of emergencies like this – she said extremely rudely and raised her voice “WELL IM ON THE PHONE WITH YOU NOW ARENT I?! – after that I just said I’m good and I’ll go else where and ended the phone call – today upon setting up another appointment with my new dentist they advised me to get the main holder of my insurance (my partner who was also a patient of yours – now no longer ) to call you and make sure we aren’t being charged for this work – again when he called he was met with a very rude receptionist who kept calling him “dude” – she then lied and said I had an appointment today at 1:30 which was an outright lie.

I would advise staying far away from this dental office as I have experience first had their lack of empathy and blatant lack of professionalism – they are not there for you incase of emergency and choose to handle things poorly via phone or text

Hello , This dentist is a joke ! My girlfriend went in for a crown ( in the Stone Age a 2 step crown ) where they ground her tooth down to a nub , installed a cap , gave her her own cement package on Friday and told her it may fall off and if it does she should cement it on herself !!! Which is dangerous and she could have fused her teeth together . The cap fell off on Sunday ( no emergency line to call or empathy ) she tried to cement it on and it diddnt work . She hasn’t eaten or drank in 3 days in excruciating pain. She called first thing Monday morning for them to ask if she cemented it herself??! And told it wasn’t an emergency!!! And maybe they could get her in sometime this week !!!
We now have another dentist of course!

What a joke , every other dentist in town can do a same day crown and we were told that no dentist should ever send a patient home with dyi cement which could be fatal!!! Fuse your teeth together or choke on the cap !!! What if she was a paraplegic and choked on the cap or could not attempt to cement it herself !!

When I phoned to confront the dentist the manager Nicole called me dude twice and told me the dentist will not speak to patients !! She also lied to me and said there was an appointment booked to fix it which there was not !

Her attitude shows the horrible character and unprofessionalism she should be fired! If it were me she would be instantly!

I won’t waste our time with these jokes !! Get out of the Stone Age and have empathy for your patients !!!

Beware stay away!! , the staff and dentist are brutal , all about the $$

Lucky there wasn’t a law

This review reaches far and wide “dude” best of luck in your small reaches of west kelowna .

Buyer beware !!! This practice is a false and should be shut down “””

Cheers

I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson and his Staff for many years now.
I am not a young person. I have had a number of different dentists over these years on both coasts.
Dr. Anderson is a very skilled and efficient dentist. He explains exactly what should be done with each dental need. He has a very pleasant, quiet personality.
I have found that my experience with his Dental Assistants to be exactly the same on my regular prevention visits.
The same is true of the office staff… very helpful and very pleasant to patients.
Going to the dentist is not on the top of my fun things to do… (probably no one’s) !
I am very comfortable with my visits to the New Look Dental Office. Keep up the great work!
