I have been visiting New Look Medical Center, Khabisi Branch, since October 2023. I first came in to see Dr Wissam, the dermatologist, who applied injectable treatments. I was then referred to Amani, the beauty expert at New Look. Together we developed a plan for weekly treatments that ranged from collagen sessions, vitamin C, micro needling, Radio frequency, detox sessions and more. My skin has incredibly improved with more radiance, glow, and clarity. The staff at NewLook are very polite, helpful and amiable. Amani, the beauty expert, is such a pleasant lady and is rich with knowledge of different treatments and techniques. She really pampered me and took care of my skin. I have not been applying any foundation for the past 3 months!!!!! Thank you NewLook for your excellent services and amazing experience and a special Thank you to Amani
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
The reception employees are not professional AT ALL, especially the 3 ladies up stairs for the Botox and etc..
They keep laughing and rolling their eyes at me and giving me an attitude.
I’ve called at the afternoon for my Appointment and they told me that I can come from 5pm- 8pm and when I came at 7:10 they told me that they finished entering people since 7pm. When I told her that I’ve called she gave me an attitude and told me to come back again until I’ve ordered the supervisor..
The 2nd time I came for an teeth appointment, and I waited for maybe 2 hours and when I asked the front desk, they told me that the doctor left hour ago and they forgot to tell him that there’s a patient.
NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
