Called this morning for emergency appointment, was not a current patient at the surgery, I was fitted in within 2hrs. Professional friendly Reception team made me welcome and Dr Anna McDonagh was absolutely wonderful. I’m a very nervous dental patient and she took time and great care assessing and treating me. 100% recommend this Dental surgery and I have already booked to return as a new patient with them for all of my routine dental care.
Very happy with the treatment I received at my appointment with New Road Dental Practice. I was treated with care and kindness as I was a little nervous and because it was quite a lengthy extensive procedure I was given ample time away from the drilling to swallow and relax my mouth. It never felt rushed and they were very reassuring. Mathew Vazhappilly was very considerate and informative during the whole procedure.
Ameekha gave very good service indeed, when she renewed a filling for me. I was most impressed by the way she administered the anaesthetic, the most pain free one I’ve ever had! My tooth was very comfortable to the bite the following day. I could definitely recommend her. The nurse was also very attentive with the suction (most important to us patients). Both were friendly, reassuring and competent.
