This place is a joke. I have had more fillings done here than at any other dentist. It took me too long to realize I’d never been shown any of my X-rays or any other proof that I actually had cavities. They also never tell you that you need something. The dentist just leaves the room, the assistant walks you up to the front and they’re like “you need an appointment for….” With no opportunity to ask for clarification. I went for what I ended up deciding was my last visit to this office six months ago for my cleaning. I had actual concerns I needed to discuss with a dentist and they told me there was no dentist in the building today. How that is ethical is beyond me. Having patients come in for dental cleanings and things without a dentist is wild. Then today I got a text for my next appointment that I intended to cancel anyway, stating they no longer had a hygienist for my appointment AND that they can’t reschedule me. I also want to add that two of the fillings I have had done here fell out and because of their lack of urgency, I lost both the teeth that had been filled. One literally broke while eating leaving a sharp tooth shard in my gums. When I went in to discuss this they told me I may just have to wait until my appointment elsewhere in a month and a half because they probably don’t do these things. They may have rebranded but it seems like they’re the same crappy dental office they’ve always seemingly been.

I needed a front partial and was forced to go a year without front teeth, even though my insurance approved, so they could drill soft enamel all over my mouth. Then they refused to fix at least 5 fillings they put in that are cracked and have fallen out. I never missed an appointment. I did everything they asked. I heard the office staff and one of the dentists say they wouldn’t get paid for fixing what they screwed up, I assume that is why they refuse to help me. Meanwhile, I have spent three years with unnecessary pain when eating, all so they can do “preventative” work. Aside from that, the front desk staff are efficient and friendly. The office is run well and had given me a very good first impression.

We love everyone at New Day! From front desk to dentist everyone cares so much! Yesterday we had an extra concern that wasn’t the reason for our primary visit and they went above and beyond to fix that issue, communicated so well, my son had a phobia of the dentist until this office. My son said the team that took care of him yesterday was awesome. The front desk spends time with patients really getting to know them and giving advice and working to get everyone the best care. Can’t speak highly enough about this office! We LOVE them!
