I have been here a few times. Treatment is great, clinical team is wonderful. I have a had a few issues with Ron and the billing there and the last straw was Ann trying to refuse to let me use the bathroom despite me being a patient there because I didn’t have an active appointment (my partner was getting a cleaning in the back and Nicollet Station Mall does not have public restrooms. The whole thing was off putting and combined with having to ask for a refund for an overpayment and being charged for what should have been a quote I am very leary about scheduling anything further with this practice.

I had a great first visit at Nicollet Station Dental. Ryan was very efficient and attentive with letting me know what he was doing and what he was seeing while examining and cleaning my teeth. Jerry gave me insightful information and guidance, based off of my previous history and dental hygiene, on how to maintain both short-term and long-term dental health. I enjoyed the experience and commend the team for their kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back!

I was recommended Nicollet Station Dental by long time family clients of Doctor Jerry while I was in town for work. Long story short I fly in to Minneapolis for my dental work now. The staff is very friendly and caring. You simply cannot get better service. Doc is a skilled professional and does everything to make you as comfortable as possible. It’s been a bit of a journey for me but I have been well care for every step of the way. Highly recommend!
