Do you know how a restaurant will receive a “Michelin Star” for outstanding service? I firmly believe that ‘Nightingale Family Dental’ is the equivalent of that ideology. If I had the opportunity to rate it above 5-stars, I certainly would. Dr. Jimmy and his team are extremely welcoming, professional, and kind. The entire team made sure to walk me through every step of the process; and in doing so, I no longer have a fear of dental offices the way I used to.

Dr. Jimmy and his team were able to provide a root canal and crown all in the same day (a 6.5 hour process). Initially, we had only planned for the root canal procedure but Dr. Jimmy was willing to accommodate me when I asked to do both in one day. After the procedure, I was given clear instructions on how best to take care of inflammation and pain should it occur. The team went above and beyond with providing an ‘after-hours’ number and even messaged me over the phone the following day to check-in on me (Thank you Alicia). What was most astounding to me was I experienced no pain 18 hours after my root canal and crown placement.

This dental office was really amazing ! My first appointment I was running late and they were able to push it back 30 minutes so I didn’t miss it . At my first appointment everyone was really friendly and listened to my concerns and what I wanted . We came up with a plan and even for financing that was super helpful ! Yesterday I had my appointment for my crown and root canal. They made sure I was comfortable and even numbed my twice due to me having bad issues of numbing wearing off in the past . They offered me drinks and pain medication which was helpful . Everyone again was really friendly and professional. We were able to get a little more done with time and I was really pleased with how everything went . I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. We were able to schedule my next appointment as well . I really want to thank everyone for the great experience I’ve had so far and for fixing my smile .

This was my first time visiting this office. I was coming in for an emergency extraction on one of my lowers. I was very anxious about the procedure itself even though I’ve had one done before but with not so good experiences. Both Christopher and Dr Jimmy were very professional and made it as comfortable as possible. They explained everything that I could understand exactly what they were talking about. They did phenomenal throughout the whole visit and the extraction was painless. It was so good that I was laughing from the conversation that they were having while they were taking my tooth out. Would definitely recommend if you want a friendly, knowledgeable office. Well done!
