This office is out of date with very cluttered decor. The waiting room chairs feel broken, very uncomfortable. I have overlooked this in the past.

I made an appointment in advance to take care of a minor dental issue. I came in a half hour early and explained that I had another medical issue that required an urgent care visit, hoping they could see me early. They said maybe if someone cancels. Understandable. However, I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes until my appointment and then another 30 minutes in the dental appointment room. They said it would be a few minutes, not 30 minutes. They knew I had an urgent medical issue, so if they had simply told me that they were running behind I would have left and rescheduled. Instead they wasted my time. The dentist finally came in and asked why I was upset. I told her that there was no point in discussing it and I just wanted to start the appointment. The dentist then said, “I don’t have to treat you.” When I informed the office manager of this issue, she said, “Not not many offices take your medical insurance,” implying that I should put up with this unprofessional and unorganized conduct. I will not return to this dentist nor would I recommend this dentist.

I went here for an appointment a few years back. For some odd reason during my check up everyone left the room except the doctor when suddenly the receptionist came and stood in the room with me and the doctor while the doctor explain what I needed done. Since my door was wide open I thought she was delivering a file, no. She just came and stood in the room not saying any thing, she didn’t even introduce herself. When I went to the front desk to check out she didn’t say anything either. I never returned for an appointment again. I don’t know why she was in there, that violates patient privacy in my opinion.

Dr. Amy not only does my teeth, but also my kids teeth. She’s always been very warm and kind and therefore my kiddos love the dentist. She even spent as little extra time on our last visit with my oldest daughter because she wants to be a dentist too. Thanks for listening to her and taking such an interest.
