I had an appointment for 6:00 pm on June 11 for teeth cleaning. When I arrived to the clinic, they notified me that the hygienist did not feel well and would not be able to provide cleaning services. It turned out they called me at 5:06 pm and left a voicemail message to notify me about this. The call was made less than 1 hour before the appointment. I missed this call, and no other attempts to contact me were made: no more phone calls, no message or email. They said that while the hygienist would not be able to do the teeth cleaning, the doctor would do a checkup and cleaning instead. I informed them that I have to leave at 7 pm. At around 6:25 pm, they called me, took X-rays and left me wait for the doctor. At 6:50 pm the doctor was still no where to be seen, so I didn’t see any point of waiting longer, as only 10 minutes of my time left. At the reception I was told that the doctor was still busy with another patient and for this reason didn’t come to do a checkup. I let the receptionist know that I was very upset and dissatisfied with this kind of service and most likely would not come back to their clinic. Two hours of my time was wasted: one hour at the clinic and one hour of commute time. I informed the receptionist that I would like to speak to the manager or doctor. No one called me the next day, no apologies have been made. This indicates to me that they do not care about their customers and are not interested in keeping them.

After a long history of dentist visits ranging from bad to painful, I was nervous to book an appointment after an old filling broke and came out. I’m glad I booked at North Edge though, they’ve made up for every other dentist visit. I had to go twice, and I was always met by a smile and greeting, and when I was in the chair they were always checking to see if I was comfortable. When dentists say “you may feel a pinch” for the freezing needle I always brace for more then a pinch, but with Dr. Ana I didn’t know she had done anything until she told me she was done. They were always careful but quick with the procedure, and the worst I felt afterwards was a bit of jaw ache from having my mouth open. I can’t recommend them enough, especially for people who have a bad history with dental visits! Thanks everyone at North Edge for restoring my faith in going to the dentist!

Don’t want to give even one … Terrible experience…came for root canal one week before..oh my goodness..Dr.Ellid Hajer( new doctor ..Dr.Anna was excellent but unfortunately she joined another clinic)had no clue wat she was doing..Made me lie down for 1.5 hrs after opening up my teeth…All I could see was people running around all over the place for 1.5 hrs searching for some equipment..After sweet 1.5 hrs they informed me that they don’t have equipment required for my root canal surgery..when I complained to someone they said belonged to head office..was shocked to hear explanation..As per that person..this is quite common thing..oh my goodness.. really..Am 47 now and this is my first experience… Today I went to All smile dentistry and they fixed it in 25 min ( Dr Giovanni )once again North Edge Dental zeroooooo
