This was the best experience I’ve had going to the dentist in such a long time. I’m usually very nervous going to the dentist due to having to have a lot of dental work as a kid, but the staff and Dr. Tran were so warm and welcoming and really took the time to care for my needs.
My hygienist, Alyssa, was so informative on every step of the process and ensured I was never uncomfortable. She was also very sweet and kind, and I really enjoyed my experience with her.
After my cleaning, Dr. Tran made a point to connect with me on any concerns that were found and helped me establish a manageable plan to address those things. All while being very professional but also very personable!
Cant forget to mention Gisselle, his awesome assistant that helped him remove the tooth gems I had and replace my retainers. She was very gentle and focused.
My appointment ended with Dana helping me get checked out and confirming the appointment went well. Dana’s lovely personality is the best way to have wrapped up my entire experience at my appointment! From start to finish it was very pleasant and maybe has even changed my anxiety of going to the dentist, I may actually be looking forward to my next appointment because they’ll be the ones taking care of me! 🙂

My experience at this dental clinic was great. My dental hygienist Allison was so professional, and would explain each and every step before she did it. She also spent so much time explaining how to improve my flossing, and also explained my teeth health in an easy to understand way. She and the dentist went over my x rays with me and really explained what each and everything was.

What I also liked about this clinic is that they tell you the costs upfront of each and everything they do so there’s no surprises- that was SO HELPFUL! Would definitely recommend this dental clinic ! Doctor was also nice, friendly, professional, and took time to explain things to me also.

Dr Paterick and the entire staff of what was formerly North Garland Family Dental are gone. This practice is now a corporate “dental care” facility out to fleece the consumer of every last dollar they can. If you’ll notice many of the prior positive reviews on google are largely BEFORE the takeover of this practice by whoever’s there now. You will be told you need deep cleanings every three months at a far higher rate than your standard exam and cleaning. When I questioned this recommendation, they spoke disparagingly of the entire former staff of NGFD. Steer clear and protect your wallet. That’s all these people are interested in.
