I visited Dr Hossein Sarrafan in this clinic to perform a root canal treatment and he performed a wrong faulty direction in filling in the root canal operation and pierced and damaged the root of the tooth which resulted in infection in the tooth later and I got an abscess and had to remove the tooth with its crown. This is obvious in the new x-ray photo with the trace of extra filling material in the wrong path,which was explained to me by another dentist. Dr Sarrafan is so unprofessional and unreliable.
As this clinic replied to me from Dr. Sarrafan side and lied about the facts and used a misleading fallacious reasoning, I need to clarify that my complaint from another dentist was about not taking the right X ray photo and a wrong diagnosis and not about treatment as no treatment was done from that dentist. The faulty unprofessional root canal treatment was done by Dr. Sarrafan in which he damaged the root of the tooth. This is provable in Xray photos of 2017, 2024 and even 2016 when Dr. Sarrafan took another x-ray of my tooth even after finishing the operation which is not common among dentists to take x-ray again after finishing the job and imposing extra x-ray to patients, as Dr. Sarrafan probably knew about his mistake. The potential of infection was explained to me by another dentist even before infection in 2017 and it was predictable. Also the college of dentists never judged about the Dr. Sarrafan’s wrong treatment as the complaint was about another dentist and I didn’t know about Dr. Sarrafan’s failure at that time and never sent any x-ray or document to them about Dr. Sarrafan and he or his clinic totally lied about that either in these comments or in their direct email to me. I sent all documents to them by email which easily proves Dr.Sarrafan’s failure in the root canal treatment and they just denied the facts.

I recently visited North Shore Dental Group for a routine check-up and cleaning. Scheduling an appointment was very easy all i had to provide was my info and insurance and everything was checked by the staff before my appointment to make everything is covered. I must say the office staff is very welcoming and kind. I didn’t have to wait long before being called in. My hygienist was very polite and made me feel comfortable. I saw Dr. Sarrafan for the exam and he was professional and thorough, taking the time to explain the findings of my check-up and answer all my questions.
Overall, my experience at the office was excellent. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and experienced dentist and staff.

I just started coming to Northshore Dental Group earlier this year. Finally I have found a dentist I enjoy going to see! The front girls always welcome you with a warm greeting and smiles on their faces. My dentist is Dr. Sarrafan. He is very knowledgeable and has made every dental experience great and painless! Also have to mention he has a great sense of humour which helps put everything at ease if you are scared of the dentist like me. I look forward to my next visit and I will highly recommended this office!
