A coworker recommended Northeast Dental to me as I was looking for a dentist in network for me and my husband. We both hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of previous bad experiences with other dentists. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to get us timely appointments. My husband needed a root canal and crown- Dr. Cabral gave us different options such as pulling the tooth as well and we were given the price points for each option so we could decide what was best for us. When I went in for my cleaning, the dental hygienist was mindful of my anxiety regarding the dentist and made sure to do regular check ins with me on how I was doing. She also was able to check with my insurance to see if I qualified for other benenfits- my plan covers up to 4 cleanings a year which was nice to know. There was no shaming/guilt given about not seeing a dentist regularly previously. Made future appointments for both me and my husband so we can get back on track with our dental health. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend this office. Only down side is that I didn’t know about them earlier!
After several bad dentist experiences throughout my life, I had extreme dentist anxiety. It caused me to go years without a dentist. A year ago, I decided to try again because I needed a dentist for my kids. I found Northeast Dental and booked appointments. We have been to 4 appointments in a year. Everyone is fantastic — welcoming, kind, patient, understanding. My kids are comfortable and my anxiety about going to the dentist is almost non-existent. I highly recommend Northeast Dental!
A very friendly, comfortable experience. All staff members have been helpful and kind, from scheduling and insurance details to patient care. My husband and I are very happy with each treatment and experience with this practice. The little things matter to patients’ comfort, and the environment shows this kind of focus.
