4 teeth extracted by Dr Pavel and Nurse Nasreen. They were incredibly kind, confident and friendly, and did their utmost to successfully provide me with an extremely smooth and comfortable experience for the extraction. Throughout the preparation and aftermath, they constantly checked that I was at peak comfort before extracting my teeth and offered me additional anaesthesia to combat my low pain tolerance. Before proceeding to the next step of the process, they always enquired on my well-being. When I was nervous, they offered me a stress relief apple toy to relax and Nurse Nasreen held my hand to comfort me uring the extraction when I became a little nervous. The whole process was quick and smooth, concluded in less than 15 minutes and left me (a nervous 15 year old) relieved and assured by their incredible competency. I defintely recommend this establishment to everyone, especially if your child requires a serious dental procedure and you desire a smooth and minimal-stress experience.

My first experience was extremely positive. I was very nervous and anxious since i have not done a check up for so long and still with the exams, x-ray and so forth, Dr Safaa immediately made me feel at ease. She is very welcoming, kind, and helpful down to earth. I can immediately tell how far a dentist is very good only by the interaction, and Dr Safaa is an excellent dentist.She knows what she’s doing and seems like she has lot of experience in her field I feel now that i will not be so anxious for my next appointment . Would totally recommend this clinic, from the reception to the overall care.
