Dr Koch refilled an old large amalgam filling that broke. I found her to be reassuring as she did the procedure and she explained everything she was doing. To be fair my mouth is similar to Jaws from James Bond so I was used to the dentist chair. But if you’re not then rest assured Dr Koch puts her patients first. Lighter in pocket but happier in mouth.
Friendly staff. I’ve been examined by two different dentists since going there. Both very thorough and gentle.
Since re-opening after lockdown there’s some extra precautions to ensure the safety of patients and staff but nothing that is daunting or off-putting. Have yet to be in the chair on time but the delay is not usually more than 5-10 mins.
I would highly recommend this practice. The customer service by the ladies on reception today was absolutely amazing and the patient care when I saw the dentist was second to none!! Thank you all again for such a wonderful service.
