I saw Dr Katherine when she was in Porter’s Lake. I did not want a bridge. I have a terrible bite. I complained and she assured me that the bridge she gave me would take an act of God to break. She also promised, that if anything happened, she would fix it free of cost to me. I spent thousand’s and within a year and a half, it broke. When I went back to Porter’s Lake, she had left and started her own practice. I had to beg to find out where she went. I went to her and she said that due to starting s new practice, I would have to pay. She told me to go back to Porter’s Lake. I did and they wanted full cost to replace. I have had nothing but problems since. It’s years later and I’m still suffering. Still trying to find a dentist to fix what she did. I’m appalled at her treatment and wish the best of luck to anyone else who has a bite like mine. The money she cost me, I could not replace. Since, my husband developed terminal cancer and we lost a lot. His income and our insurance. I have suffered since and I think it’s shameful she gave me something I didn’t want to begin with, guaranteed it, and then didn’t follow through when it went bad. She may be liked by many, but she has caused me incredible pain.

Dr Creaser and her staff were friendly and professional from start to finish. After an initial examination, Dr. Creaser talked me through my options for tooth pain; where I was treated like a friend, and not just a customer. Dr. Creaser is amazing at her profession and keeps you informed during the dental process. I highly recommend Dr. Creaser, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again to you and your staff !!

I have been going to this dental office for 68 years when Dr. Carl Dexter started it. He certainly would be proud of Dr. Creaser’s operation being clean, organized and professional. But what makes it enjoyable for me is the genuine friendliness of all the staff. Very pleasant to sit in the chair, looking up the Northwest Arm while having a cleaning.
