Woke up this morning with a broken molar and my normal dentist off for the week. Backup dentist was booked up solid for two days, but Dr. Ali was able to take me before lunch – and even then, earlier than predicted! AMAZING level of care – can’t express my gratitude at how impressive everyone at Northwood was to make me feel better about my hiccough and to get me set right again. Oma’s chairside manner was fantastic and her conversation 100% had me feeling great and at ease. I would not hesitate to visit the clinic again and just am so thankful that I connected with them today!

I have been to many dentists in Thunder Bay and I have never had such a thorough cleaning before. She was amazing! She made sure I understood everything she was doing before she did it. She was respectful, kind and informative when I had any questions. I give this client a 5 star rating and would recommend my family and friends to change their dentist to Northwood !!

Dr. Ali was my dentist and the east Indian dental hygenist, and monica, everyone was really helpful, welcoming and nice.
Went for my tooth extraction and everything went really good.
The receptionist are also really welcoming and helpful.
Totally recommend this dental clinic.
