This establishment was nice enough but their obviously trying to cater to a certain demographic and that’s people with good insurance who don’t care about expensive unnecessary treatments, so…. my lil one never had a cavity ever and when they had some slight discoloration on one of their back molars they decided to put a sealant on it till she gets older, which 100% makes sense, then when their old enough to possibly need a filling for it is what blew my mind, apparently this child who hasn’t even got a full cavity yet apparently needs a 1200$ crown instead of a filling and if I didn’t like that solution they could basically pull out her tooth, a permanent adult tooth that has never been worked on before and let the other teeth drift around to takes its place maybe, so basically do as they recommend or we’ll pull out yer teeth, by chance I was going to my dentist a few days later and he briefly looked at their tooth as well n basically said a filling if required later and sealant for now and their covered until she’s 14, so instead of doing a probably 250$ filling covered by the government they wanna do a 1200 crown that isnt covered, basically i think their recommending unnecessary treatments so they can make more money and i can just imagine the amount of people probably falling for this, apparently their front desk girls kid they said too, last time I’m ever going to this place n if anyone else gets a crazy recommendation from them … get a 2nd opinion, frankly I’m debating writing the dentistry board about this n see what their opinion is.

Not sure if I’ll be back.. probably not… the last visit the dentist sidekick kept shining the blue light into my right eye… if it happened once or twice it would have brushed it off as an accident…. but it happened around 8 times in my right eye.. every time she zapped my tooth she would make sure to zapp my right eye as well. .. I had to Google when I got home to see if it would make me go blind… I think this might be a revenge thing because the DR was asking me about my last dentist before her, and I told her about what the monster did to my mouth…. maybe they are friends… under * community dentist * is a long list of things that happened in a 3 month spand. And it took almost 3 years to fix all the mess ups

I can’t say enough about this practice. From my children being so well taken care of by Dr. Dempsey and staff, it’s always a great experience. I had an urgent issue of my own, they were able to get me in the same day and they took care of the issue right away. The whole experience was very comforting (it was an emergency extraction so I was very anxious) but everyone there was just amazing, right from the first phone call I made! Thank you to such a wonderful group of people that truly do care about their patients! I’d give them 200 out of 10 if I could!
