This was my worst experience at a dental office EVER. Not only did they change the time of my appointment without an update (which they tried to say was my fault), I thought that I was getting a cleaning first to only be condescendingly talked to by the dentist about how many times a year I should get my teeth cleaned…I had asked to get a filling while making the appointment, which the dentist refused, and then she walked into the cleaning saying I could get it done but that it would have to be in a limited time slot. Really just poor service and awkward atmosphere. I would never recommend this place for anyone.

Smiling again, all thanks to Dr. Nadezhda Vladimirovna’s impeccable skills! Not only did she restore my confidence with my rejuvenated smile, her meticulous and pain-free approach made every procedure a breeze. Highlighting their linguistic prowess, the clinic team caters to multiple language speakers – English, Dutch, Russian, possibly Ukrainian and more, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of medical instructions. A godsend in the world of dentistry!

Because of Igor’s unprofessional treatments- 2 teeth were killed, one tooth was extracted and several surgeries were conducted.

No apologies were received, just pressure and rude behavior. And yes, he is asking the money for his torture.
