I have been a patient at NOVO Dental Centre all my life and the dental care I’ve receive couldn’t be better. The entire staff is friendly, professional and organized. Dr. Provo is a dentist that you can trust and rely on to make sure that your visit is of the highest quality. I’ve had it all done: from wisdom teeth removal to crowns — so I’ve been quite the regular over the years:) And even now that I’ve moved away, I don’t think twice about making the drive out to the Valley for such exceptional service. Thanks for all you do Dr. Provo and NOVO Dental!
Dr Ahmed and his team are incredible. After being a patient for several years, I went from having severe dental anxiety to the point of avoiding going all together…to feeling peace of mind as soon as I walk through the doors. They focus on doing what is best for you and your health, and prioritize making you feel comfortable. Id give 10 stars if I could! Tajmeen the dental hygenist also deserves 10 stars! 🙂 They have a customer for life! The admin team are also incredible, Nav, Robbie and Courtney just to name a few!
Not enough staff to handle clients.
Drove down from Vancouver for a cleaning only for it to be cancelled day of the cleaning. Cleaning was rescheduled for next day so stayed an extra day and cleaning was cancelled again with no communication.
Was then told I would need to rebook over a month later.
Admin staff was kind however the practice clearly cannot handle the number of patients and needs to hire more hygienists.
Ownership should pay enough to ensure practice is staffed.
