I had my first appointment with Nikita Arora, Hygienist.

The whole experience was excellent.

I learned some new techniques with brushing and using my TePe interdental brushes. Thankfully, we agreed that I am replacing these at the right times for best performance.

I also learned that a treatment for another medical condition is adding to my gum disease and that led to the revised brushing techniques to reduce the problems I am having.
I was pleased to learn that I didn’t need a more in-depth treatment and hope that between us I can avoid that.

Nikita alleviated a lot of my ongoing anxiety and guilt I felt being unable to get clear of the gum disease.
Hopefully, the next visit will bring better news of gum health.

Appointment cancelled as I was about to leave house. Dentist ignored me when I said hello and didn’t ask if I had any problems with teeth prior to check up. Felt rushed it was as if I was just there to make them money. Next appointment in 7 months for a check up even through I explained I had a broken tooth and needed treatment, I was informed they had to employ a new dentist first and my appointment would be In Oct. Over 30 years with this practice never had I been treated in such a manner until new dentists appeared. I’ve gone Private with a new practice that treats people with respect and no stairs to climb to get to the surgery .

The receptionists are very friendly and attentive to each patient. My dentist today was William and his assistant Michelle. Both were friendly and put me at ease. William was exceptionally thorough. Nobody enjoys going to the dentist but I can honestly say my dental session today was a positive one!!
