Couldn’t get by the fact that they can’t process claims effectively. Really … this day and age and you can’t get electronic processing of claims down that unless someone gives you their CC to hold on file, no electronic submission.
No wonder there is so much benefit fraud if practitioners feel that they can DEMAND to hold your CC info on file instead of allowing the patient to pay for the service upon completion.

Having been to numerous dentists over the years. This is by far the best experience.
Can’t say enough about Brett and his staff. They are very thorough, detailed, people skills and communication are also top notch. I’ve seen every hygienist in the office now and they’re all great. Normally, in the past my wife and I would have to request a specific hygienist. But not at this clinic. They’re all friendly, gentle and do a great job. 10/10
Dr. Diener was very patient, professional and methodical, paying attention to every detail to make sure that I received the best treatment and the healthiest outcome. I appreciate that Dr. Diener, his assistant Sarah, and Alayna worked effectively as a team. The receptionist kindly and confidently answered my questions. I highly recommend the Nuvo Dental Clinic.
