UPDATE: During my second appointment just 6 months later I had to wait to the same doctor more than an hour, even though I had an appointment. Then she informed me that THE SAME tooth, which she treated because of caries just 6 months before has a deep inflammation and the roots must be treated (Kanalwurzelbehandlung). The proposed price was 450 euros! Lately I chose another dental praxis and there it was only 150 euros (made with a help of machine). Apart of that she wondered why I did not pull out the neighbor wisdom tooth, where two other doctors checked me later and said that it is totally fine and no need to remove it, especially if I have a tooth near by, which doesn’t have a root nerve anymore, it can be practical to leave wisdom tooth. Further more – other bad news, second tooth which she also treated 6 months before had a very bad filling, my dental floss always got stuck there and got broken. And under that filling was another caries, so it must have been badly taken care of.
Fazit: after one not careful treatment in May 2021, 6 months later I had to do a huge manipulation on one tooth, where I don’t have nerves anymore and need to do crown, means a lot of new costs and new filling for the second tooth.
I am so so angry and upset, cause I had to spend so much time and money because of this experience, won’t recommend this doctor anyone!

OLD: A friendly and helpful lady on the reception gave me a fast appointment because I had a tooth-pain. The doctor also did a proper check, explained me what is better for me in a easy way, how I should proceed in my situation, respected my will not to do the anesthesia and in general was there for me. I liked it there. My first visit and totally good match.

Trotz Warnungen vor dieser Praxis bin und bleibe ich dort Patient da ich mich dort gut betreut fuhle . Heute war ich zur Prophylaxe da und muss an dieser Stelle ein fettes liebes Lob und Dankeschon an Frau Andrea K. aussprechen

Horrible experience. Had an appointment booked for 10 am. After 40 mins i asked if they were planning to call me anytime soon otherwise i will just go home as i had to go back to work. Then they moved me too the room, and then still no one came for another 15 mins. So i just decided to leave as i had to go back to work. I wish i could give 0 stars.
