The dental hygienists are great and very friendly. The office staff and practice administration are unethical and challenging to work with. Every time we go, we are billed an incorrect amount, and insurance is not appropriately billed. We were told to bring our toddler in for practice so she could get used to the dentist’s office, and we were told this would be free as it is covered by insurance. We were then charged for items that weren’t even provided, and when we called the admin was not friendly or helpful. It felt like items were added in hopes they could slip this by insurance or trick people into paying. This has happened several times and then we are threatened with collection! Due to the headaches and terrible customer service we will be looking for other options in Casper. If you continue to use this practice, check your bill!

Feeling fell out before Christmas. All the dental clinics were closed was able to get in to Oil City Dental on January 4. Staff was very courteous and professional. Dr. Trent was awesome. Remove the old leftover filling and replaced all with new. No insurance no problem was able to pay cash and they gave me a discount with cash payment. I was pleased to get the tooth fixed in such an expedient manner. Awesome job all around would recommend in a heartbeat Thank you all at Oil City Dental.

If a visit to a dentist office can be called enjoyable this office would be it. Very congenial staff, and concern for the patient is their priority. Very professional dental work with attention to being very attractive. Dr. Storrud is a god send as a gentle and really concerned dentist. If getting the best care is a concern for anyone, this is the office, I can’t say enough good about them.
