In my last visit I was told the pronunciation of my name had been noted in my file so that anyone who views it knows how to properly say name correctly- which I found to be very thoughtful! It is very apparent the commitment to creating a positive experience for clients. I always enjoy my conversations with the staff and I also love how the office is in a house- it adds to the comfortable and personal atmosphere of the place! I live in Kelowna so this dental centre is certainly not the most accessible option for me but I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else 🙂
