Every appointment I was reminded about Invisalign and the newest tooth brush, so much that it actually made me feel bad about my smile. Something I’ve never had a problem with. I was told my gums were receding only to find out $100 later by a surgeon that my gums are fine and it would be a preventative surgery, if anything. After a while I became very hesitant to believe what things actually needed to be addressed. I’m told that I grind my teeth but I have yet to notice any changes to my teeth, my new dentist has yet to mention this. I was offered a pricey night guard and later found out you can buy night guards at the grocery store. Honestly I think this clinic was just too rich for my blood. It’s overall a nice place and good if you’re not worried about expenses. I’m a young adult and cannot afford to get the latest and greatest thing. I just want to be healthy and I felt I couldn’t trust this place any longer. The hygienists were very kind and good at their job. The dentist was also very considerate in regards to my anxiety and explained things very thoroughly. Best of luck

Best Dentist Ever! Myself and my 2 kids have had the most amazing experience at Okanagan Smiles. Everybody is so lovely and helpful and Dr. Grewal is a phenomenal dentist. He is so knowledgeable and talented yet extremely personable and very gentle and patient with kids. Jenna has been incredible with direct billing benefits and arranging appointments around our busy schedules. I am so happy to be able to give my kids a great experience at a young age to encourage them to not be scared of the dentist and to take good care of their teeth! Thanks Okanagan Smiles

The dental work that was done was explained entirely and I felt very confident in Dr. Grewel’s professionalism. All dental work was completed with ease and the staff assistant all the way to the exceptional receptionist both ladies have impeccable customer service.
