I am so grateful for this dental practice and its amazing, professional team.

I had major fear around visiting the dentist for many years due to sensory issues and needed substantial work done under sedation when I first came in for treatment. Dr. Nazemi is not only incredibly skilled and so efficient but he has also been extremely kind and patient with me over the years, always so willing to answer my questions and to help me navigate sometimes difficult care decisions based on my needs and circumstances. Because of his great care and attention, my fear over time has reduced significantly.

Dr. Gabor has also been instrumental in this process and is so kind, helpful and down to earth. The hygienist staff too are friendly, skilled and are a great mix of personalities.

I am someone with a hidden disability that causes challenges with executive functioning, but not a single member of the team has ever made me feel judged or burdensome for asking questions or needing information to be repeated/written down. The front desk staff in particular continue to be exemplary; they graciously accomodate my many appointment changes and forgetfulness. They are truly adept at their roles making everything seamless. You know it when you see it – they are on top of their game!

Though I might not be the most lucrative or straightforward dental client, I still receive world class, humanizing care at this practice like anyone else. This kind of professionalism, high service standard and authentic community care can be hard to find in a health provider in Vancouver. I feel deep gratitude for all the amazing support I’ve received at OVD and just have the utmost respect for everyone there.

This clinic kept pushing a new dental procedure on me and I kept saying no. Last time I was there ( on the bed with my mouth open and devices in it), they told me from then on, they would be only using the new method. Since that last visit (more than two months now) I am struggling with a very disturbing pain. Eating food or drinking water hurt now.

I went to this clinic in good faith and now my life is hell. I’m suffering from tooth pain with any stimulation. Even smiling hurts. I hope I find someone to help fix this mess.

It is my own fault to continue with them after I noticed somethings seemed off 🙁
For example, last year, they put me through unnecessary visits; I ended up having to pay $100 from my pocket although I have a large dental coverage. They tried to push those visits on and on and thankfully I refused.
But, my teeth are gone :((((

I had the best time there. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Being a dentist myself, I personally feel the treatment protocol was so smooth and efficient. I am feeling fresh. Both the doctors were amazing. Experienced and knowledgeable. Thumbs up. Go visit him. Best in town.
