Dr Daphne Ong is an amazing dentist. She’s always professional, friendly, helpful and dedicated to her job. She also has an outstanding receptionist/dental nurses as well – Thi and Melissa. They are cheerful, polite and well mannered. I would highly recommend. Thank you 🙂 I always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned here. See you in 6 and 12 months time 🙂 I did a double booking. A huge shout out to Dr Shin Lim for taking care of my mother’s dental needs beforehand for Osteoporosis treatment on Wednesday 27th September 2023 and for a clean, check up and advice today on Friday 20th October 2023. She’s a polite, happy, caring, reliable dentist that works hard to improve her patient’s lives by doing a very thorough job and my teeth felt squeaky clean after applying fluoride considering I have braces too, which makes it harder to clean. I was impressed with her hard work, effort and time too.
The receptionist – Yeon and Thi / Dental nurse Anun was outstanding too. They are genuine, trustworthy and always stick to their word and keep their patients happy with the good outcomes with the end results. Best customer service ever. A hidden gem right here too.
On Monday 15th July 2024 I went to Ong Dental Surgery and met the receptionist Veronica. She was well mannered, friendly and polite over the phone when making my appointment and in person.
Lucy was there to assist the dentist Dr Cedric Ong check and clean my teeth. They were fast, efficient, helpful and more than welcoming too.

My partner and I have been seeing Dr Daphne Ong for dental consultations and treatments for years. She has never failed to provide professional and personalised services which truly meet our needs. She treats us like her family members, not only concerned about our teeth but also our general wellbeing. I have been to many other dentists before, and no dentists have been as gentle and patient as Dr Daphne Ong. With her caring personality, dental treatments are no longer ordeals but something to look forward to.
Dr Ong has been my local dentist for 4 years and counting now. The team are very professional, experienced and caring, definitely recommend them to my friends and families. I’ve recently completed a short course of Invisalign with Dr Daphne and i can honestly say i am very happy with the result!
