I recently had a dental emergency where my dental crown (put in my another dentist) fell out. I tried calling the dentist that originally put it in, but they told me they didn’t have any appointments available for 3 days! Obviously, this situation cannot wait, so I called Only Smiles Dental and spoke to a very sweet receptionist whom scheduled me in the same day. They actually stayed open an hour late just to take me! As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Dr. Bale. Dr. Bale was able to successfully reinstall my dental crown and it feels better than it originally did! Dr. Bale explained everything thoroughly and was very gentle. She was so great that I instantly scheduled another appointment and will be going back with my son for a regular check up next week. Thank you so much Dr. Bale and team for taking care of me during my emergency! I look forward to our next appointment.

I had a wonderful experience at this place and I would recommend it to everybody. I had a medical emergency, and even though I was a first-time patient, they were able to accommodate me in a timely manner. As soon as I entered the establishment, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. They had done a great job of keeping the entire place sanitary along with the special air purifier and also socially distanced. Dr. Daya Bale is probably the best dentist I’ve had. She is gentle, professional, and efficient. She was able to quickly recognize what I needed and provide me with the necessary treatment. It’s great to see doctors who value customers instead of just trying to make as much money as they can.

This office came highly recommended to us, and our entire family now sees Dr. Bale. She is so knowledgeable and thorough in every visit, and is gentle and careful in all procedures. Her office staff are super friendly and helpful, and everyone is communicative with a very fast response time. Scheduling is so easy, and we’re able to be the only ones in office for our appointment time slot. We appreciate the care they take in patient safety and COVID precautions in office, and always feel safe and well cared for at our visits. We have had routine cleanings, Xrays, fillings, crowns, and Invisalign treatment across our family, and a great experience across all fronts. We cannot recommend this office enough!
