I had a wonderful experience this morning with my checkups and scheduled prophylaxis of routine. Kia, my newly assigned dental hygienist, did a great job, and it was very nice and pleasant to receive the services from her. The doctor was also very nice and professional. My husband and I were patients of the previous owner in the same location and didn’t feel uncomfortable or nervous about the transition to this new staff. On the
contrary, we are glad that this opportunity was given to a new generation of well trained professionals and are looking forward to keeping our check ups regular appointments with such wonderful staff.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jackson Whitcomb. His bed side manner is outstanding! He always makes sure I am not in any type of pain. He knows what I can handle and always remembers I never have to go back and remind him. He asks about my kiddos and we talk about his family. I recommend him to everyone I talk to about my dentist. I will never go to another dentist. Thank goodness I have found him, especially since im not a fan of the dentist. Thanks Dr. Whitcomb you are very much appreciated by me and my kids!

I was surprised that Dr. Konvalinka was not taking care of me. I feel I should have been told ahead of time. I expected to have my crown replaced which is why I went to Dr. Thomas to check out the nerve root first. I would not have had the nerve root retreated if the crown was in good shape.
Dr. Whitcomb was friendly. The permanent filling placement went fine.
