Extracting teeth, filling teeth, and cleaning all good. Any denture work forget it.

Uses sub-par denture lab in Milwaukie OR to deliver an unusable product. First denture, I was unable to talk, eat or even drink water. After arguing the insane issues I was dealing with. Another, with the long molding process was ordered. Solving 2 problems but gaining more new problems. Told that realignments would be done from here, not another denture. Just terrible results from Assured Denture labs and Open door Dental. Money thrown in the trash. Now have to start over now, with an actual denture specialist for more time and money. Pictured are the 2 made with flaw and failures abound. Can’t even produce a standard in production.

I am only giving a three because of the front desk. The dentist. Assistants and hygenist are all wonderful. I have very good dental insurance that pays 100% of preventive care, yet they wanted to charge me $379 to fill a cavity and pull a tooth. When I first made an appointment I asked if they took my insurance and they said yess. At no time did they tell me they were out of network, and I did not know to ask that. So since their staff isnt properly trained, heads up…. You need to ask about being in network because they do not mention it.

I needed emergency treatment for an infected tooth. We usually go to the Medford office, but in this case, a trip to Central Point was necessary because of Dr. Bailey’s schedule. Care was prompt, efficient, and with a minimum of fuss. Open Door has a wonderful staff, and my experience with them is consistently positive – and even fun when I’m not in the chair! Highest possible recommendation for professionalism and expertise.
