Went here (my first ever visit to OraCare Dental) with two small cavities & also a decent size cavity. All 3 are side by side, on the front of my top teeth, right at the gum line. The dentist attempted to fill all three together, using the white fillings. Took approx an hour. This was just over a month ago. For the first month, everything looked & felt perfectly fine. Unfortunately, three days ago, one of the small ones fell out due to flossing (surely shouldn’t have happened) & the bigger one fell out last night in my sleep. Luckily I didn’t swallow or choke on it. I’m going to give him one chance to fix his mistake & if not, will have no choice but to go elsewhere from then on. I don’t want to switch dentists & go out of town if I don’t have to. I had nothing but positive things to say about the work up until 3 days ago.

At first I thought this was a great dentist! Then, because I was in the hospital, they tried to charge me two missed appointment fees, despite those appointments being rescheduled because of an emergency. A lot of back and forth on that, and even a threat that the dentist may decide not to see us again. That’s fine, I went elsewhere. Lo and behold, come to find out, the work he had done was not of any sort of quality and all of it needs redoing!
I’m glad we are not seeing him anymore, and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

I have never in my life felt comfortable in a dentist office until I came here the secretary’s the hygienist the dentist all friendly fantastic accommodating I would HIGHLY recommend 5 stars isn’t enough !!! I am a huge coward and have horrible past experiences with previous dentists and I wish I would have found them sooner !!!!! Triple A thanks so much guys !!!!!!!!!!
