My wife recommended me to the centre after her great experience, and after years of dental neglect on my part I am becoming a frequent visitor. The staff are extremely helpful, accommodating, and very communicative and quick to respond on all formats (calls, text, email)
My Dental hygienist Lisa was extremely knowledgeable, providing me great insight into the procedures she was performing and sharing expert at home tips and Dr Smith was very informative while providing me a treatment plan. I have since recommended all my family to Orca Family Dental Centre.
My whole family has their dental needs cared for at Orca. The staff is great about communicating our options, and they keep us up to date. The hygienists are friendly and efficient and remember us and our needs, and the dentists are clear communicators as well. My last filling was taken care of quickly (much more quickly than I would have thought possible!) and there was even time for a few jokes and light banter. The owner was great, and the team is knowledgeable and prepared and supportive. I felt cared for. Thank you.
I’ve always enjoyed going here but today was exceptional. Brenna is always great to deal with. Marie the assistant today was so amazing. Super friendly, helped keep me calm during the procedure and was reassuring. Lastly, Dr Smith, he’s helped me before and he did it again. Very patient and kind. Thank you to everyone there for making the dentist office a more friendly and comfortable place.
