The receptionist and dental assistant were extremely rude to my sister.

My sister (14f) went here for a routine checkup. They spoke condescendingly to my immigrant mother, they also said they would give my mom a followup call because my sister needed a bite adjustment before any fillings could be done. They never did call.

When we next went to the dentist, I was there instead of my mom. The receptionist and dental assistant that worked on my sister were rude with her, speaking harshly and blaming my sister for not calling, “We’re really busy you should’ve taken responsibility and booked it yourself.” The receptionist even had the nerve to wag her finger in my sisters face.

I also had a cleaning done, it was the worst cleaning of my life. I had the same assistant doing the cleaning as my sister had had. It was extremely painful.

I would like to say that the dentist working there were courteous and nice, but the people they employed ruined the experience.

Anyway, the whole experience of blaming the child gave my sister dental anxiety and nightmares, and we now book with another dentist.

Edit: No, I don’t have the wrong dentist office. In the original review I just mistakenly used dentists plural as I had only been once and I thought there were more dentists.
I have my patient records and my reciept from your dentist, the fact that you can’t find it on your database is concerning.

This office is truly amazing! Very high standards of quality patient care as well as patient education.
Dr. Berg genuinely cares about each and everyone of his patients, he has very high standards when it comes to his work and will not let you leave the chair until you are 100% satisfied.
All of the assistants do an amazing job of making you feel comfortable, heard and educated. The hygienists are also very thorough with their cleanings and always have a smile on their face. A BIG thank you to everyone at the office for always taking care of me from the second I walk in the door till I leave the office.

I have been a patient of this dental office for 30+ years. Just had a tooth extracted yesterday and the procedure was pain free!! This is the next day and I have no pain or complications. Dr. Berg and his assistant were great – explained everything and were concerned about my comfort. Definitely a great dental office.
