Reviews:
First visit was about a year ago and they completely ignored my concerns about my front tooth being a little loose and causing deep pain in my jaw. Said “everything looked fine on the X-rays” and I just needed braces to take the pressure off the crowded tooth. It’s still been sensitive for a bout a year but I tried calling just now because I’m having the severe pain again and they let it ring for a while before just hanging up, without even answering.

Edited to add: I woke up the day after leaving this review with an abscess under the tooth that was causing me pain. Got into Painless Dentistry the same day and had to have an emergency extraction because it was so severely infected. This should’ve been taken care of A YEAR AGO by Orion when I initially expressed my concern to them.

Do not go here! They told my daughter she had 3 cavities and her wisdom teeth did not need to be removed. Also they questioned her when she asked for fluoride, when fluoride is covered under insurance and is very helpful. When I heard this I had my suspicions and decided to take her somewhere else. Guess what. She has no cavities and her wisdom teeth need to be removed before they wrap around a nerve. I wouldn’t trust anyone here with any dental advice and clearly this dentist is not reliable.
Used to like this place, but felt like something has changed. I’ve been going here for over a decade and the last time was six months ago. They couldn’t find the mouthwash prescription I had been given for so long and wrote a prescription for a sensitive toothpaste instead. But they did get the mouthwash, which was nice, but I haven’t claim it. Anyway, the staff was friendly except for that slight confusion. However, I’ve decided it was time to go to a different dentist.
