Ricardo Alves is the best dentist I ever had! Just a pure dental god! I treated my teeth in many countries such as Poland and homeland UK and I have to say – had to travel through half of the Europe to find the best one here. After my teeth were very poorly treated in UK, Ricardo managed to sort them out and make me to actually enjoy going to dentist and to not be scared. His quality of service is the highest in all aspects. As I travel from UK on quite regular basis, he always manage to accommodate me in accordance to the needs. I refuse to go any other dentist in any country! This clinic is so lucky to have dentist like Ricardo, pure professionalism. The clinic itself is beautiful, modern tidy and most importantly provide high standards of care. The only thing I would change is receptionists attitude (some of them, not all!) towards me as a foreigner unfortunately I do not speak fluent Portuguese, but it doesn’t mean I don’t understand and on many occasions they did not speak kindly around me due to this fact. The professionalism should be expected from receptionists equally, even when my Portuguese partner is booking my appointment they are not very officiant and provide all informations such as in which clinic is my appointment or book not enough of appointments!

Apos um tratamento longo e penoso, alem de carissimo, as complicacoes rapidamente surgiram. Dores insuportaveis, perda de dentes entre outros. Estive quase um ano interrupto a tomar antibioticos, que posteriormente trouxeram-me graves problemas de saude. Reportado a DECO e ASAE posto que na clinica recusam fornecer copia do contrato de tratamento.

Sou paciente do Dr. Ricardo e da querida assistente Maria nao os troco por nada nem por ninguem! Sao super simpaticos, super atenciosos… Haja mais pessoas como eles os dois, dois seres imprescindiveis para a clinica.
