I called this surgery this morning, because I was told yesterday that I could be seen as an emergency patient, and because I was not registered with them. However another receptionist who kept speaking over me, said that only people that were registered with them could be seen today, and accused me of shouting at her which of course was a lie, she just wasn’t listening at all. Please be careful. I was registered with them but they decided to take me off their list because we missed an appointment years ago, I explained that my husband at the time suffered a heart attack and apologised, but they were merciless.

Exceptional service from this friendly practice. I recently needed an emergency appointment and was seen within an hour of getting a call back from the practice reception staff. They have ensured the practice is friendly and welcoming despite the difficulties of Covid restrictions, I cannot praise this group of people highly enough. Thank you.

Cant stress enough how good this dentist is. Mr Griffiths helped me overcome my fear of the dentist and have been going for a few years now. I moved out of the area, some 55 miles away, but I still travel there, and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
