Reviews:
Staff is nice but work is bad. I have a very bad experience and pain. I have delayed all my plans to fix my teeth encouraged by the doctor. I had fixed four teeth with fillers. The first tooth brought me to the clinic fell off after one month of fixing caused me pain during my holiday where I could not find proper dental clinic. Another pain: I had an old crown that doctor convinced me to replace since it looked old and had minor infection in the root, although, it never caused me pain. Now, after one week of the procedure, i have pain although I never had pain since 2002 with this tooth/crown. During Eid holiday and I am in pain in my holiday which I decided to take after i fix my teeth. This clinic made me suffer. In addition, the second tooth on the left, which never had issues since 2010, fixed to make the filling look better. The new filling cracked in the flight while traveling back to dubai. Poor quality and how do i trust this work for a long term!?
Two fillers dropped and one crown was with pain and bleeding. Survived my holiday with temporary filler. Back in Dubai, the same doctor applied new two fillers and found the crown with cement under the gum. However, I had to get back to the clinic to review the new work (since I still have bleeding and sensitivity) and found one filler is not perfect and had to grind some between teeth for flossing (with the manager attendance). A follow up is still needed due to lack of checking and reviewing of final products. It is not a pleasant experience to me.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Munther while getting braces. From the initial consultation to the final adjustment, the service was exceptional. Dr. Munther and the entire staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made the process smooth and comfortable, and I’m thrilled with the results. Highly recommend for anyone considering braces!
This is my second visit to the clinic, and I still have the same great first impression. It truly feels like I’m going to have the best experience here, and I did! The place is cozy, with an awesome ambiance that feels like a luxury hotel. Thank you so much especially to Dr. Mark and Dr. Ahmad and his kabayan staff and receptionist of course! I’ll be back soon.
