This used to be a good dentist, but it has gone downhill. I was met by rude and ignorant staff who ignored advice from my specialist and refused to prescribe me the items I’m supposed to be using to combat erosion from severe reflux, claiming that this item doesn’t help! It’s funny because I’ve been using it under expert instruction for years and it’s greatly helped me.
It’s a sad state of affairs when you know more than the dentist. Perhaps your dentists should go back to school!
The female dentist also tried ramming an oversized x-ray probe into my mouth and telling me to bite down despite the fact that it was clearly too big for my mouth and was cutting into my gums. I made sure I was taken off their books before I left. Absolutely shocking.
I’ve never had any issues at this surgery. Dr Patel is an incredible dentist & as a nervous patient he has always calmed me down & made me feel so comfortable. The assistant staff & reception staff are always brilliant & helpful too.

Cannot fault the treatment I received at all. Called with a toothache issue & seen early next day. Had tooth extraction which was quick, caring & very professional, dentist gentle & considerate. Superb, efficient service.
