Our friend highly recommended this dental office to us, took my aging parent there for regular checkups and deep cleaning. Not bad experience.
A couple of months later my parent had a sudden toothache and needed to take pain reliever every 4 hours, we called the office immediately for help, but the front desk lady only helped schedule an appointment 3 WEEKS Later.
I can’t tolerate seeing my parent endure the severe pain so called on the next day at 14:30 begging her to reschedule an earlier appointment ,she told me not to disturb her lunch break and would call me back later. But there’s no more calling from her or anyone else.
No one there really cares if their patient is in pain and looking for help eagerly!!

I took my parent to another dental office and received fast and effective treatment in one day. Really regretted that we once trusted them so much.
