Oh, the receptionists at the medical centre are just a huge drama. First the i go for appointment around 3 she said we didn’t take early appointments come back around 5:30 and when i go back at 5:20 there is long queue before me.
Nd asked how u gonna book appointments before 5:30 as she told. She gave be stupid reply it depends on the circumstances.
Thats huge nd they even can’t bothered about the patient.
She continuously working on computer screen
Please management do something for your receptionist.
Adding more she charged me weekend chrges on weekdays nd on asking she justified herself its after hour price, and later discussing with other colleagues she cancel my previous chrhes make another appointment for me.

The staff at Pacific Med was so exceptional they go way beyond expectations of their duty as a health care provider! When I came in with my son being so unwell with the flu and was vomiting the front receptionist/Manager approached us with a vomit bag and gave us water and continually checked up on us until we saw the doctor who was also so pleasant and helpful with giving my son the right care! I have recommended this medical centre to all my family and friends just because of their impeccable health care service and their professional manner in all their dealings! Thank you Pacific Med at Blacktown your staff is wonderful always to deal with!
Receptionist Named Kesia is very rude. I called and said could you please book me in for first available doctor, I was asked to come in let them know on arrival. On arrival I was told that waiting time is 45 mins, same time there was another gentleman just infront of me and said same thing. He was called by the doctor before I could take seat after finishing with the reception. I have received same feedback from my friends, for this particular receptionist. Doctors are amazing there .My rating is based on customer service experience
