My son had an appointment which I need to take him from school earlier. I had busy day and running behind my schedule without lunch. Raced for the appointment and received phone call 10 mints passed my appointment time. I have been told because I was running late and my appointment had to be canceled and rescheduled, even after I explained I am just 2mints away. They said they needed to schedule 30mint appointment and now it’s late. I went to the clinic still because I was literally 2mints away from there. Walked in and explained but still have no from them, even I was still have 15mint of my appointment time left. Could they just help out by have a look that it may not take that long appointment anymore? Or at least trying to see if there is any more appointment in the day? Never feel so bad so far in my life with all my appointments!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Mike Wang for a multitude of services for more than 10 years, such as 6-monthly check ups, fillings and tooth extractions (for braces). Dr Wang is friendly, educational and accommodating (he would work Saturdays so our whole family can get our check ups done in one day). I have continued to come to this practice even after moving several times. The practice is welcoming, clean and has multiple TVs at different angles to watch. Highly recommend.

Matthew Hounslow has been our Dentist for at least 20 years. He is a highly skilled professional using latest tech and goes to great lengths to fix problems that would need to be referred to an Endodontist. He’s conscious of cost and is a caring and kind person. All the crew at the surgery are great people and it’s always a great result from minor to major
