Reviews:
I’ve been here for almost 9 years now. I always been serve right and with politeness.
Never been force to buy or do something I believe I can live with. Price are fair and reasonable. Any questions I have they come back with good detailed response and take the time. My goal is to keep my teeth forever and seem to be going this way since my first visit. Sincerely, Rachel

Counter administrative manager was not able to justify difference in billing time/etc. between visits and individuals. Unsure how standards are maintained across hygienists from a billing, effort, efficiency perspective. Was not able to provide concrete information or evidence. Manager’s solution was to suggest client leave Pacifica Dental.
The dental hygienist and dentist were great, I feel like the receptionist can be a little more inclusive, if you walk in speaking English they should be able to communicate the information to you in the language you feel most comfortable responding in. Not assuming you are primarily french because of your name..
