Absolutely amazing! I have a huge phobia of dentists, but today i decided to start the journey of healing my teeth, Dr Shayla was super super fantastic! She helped me through all of my ups and downs, she was patient with me and so very kind to me during the entire process!! Even with my phobia, I will 100% be coming back to have more of my teeth worked on. If anyone had phobias of the dentist, I reccomend Dr Shayla! Can’t express the gratefulness I have for helping me through the removal of my tooth today. I don’t have enough characters to express how amazing today went for me!
Pakenham Dental are great. From the super friendly receptionist to the assistant and especially Dr. Nick, I was given an appointment fast and Dr. Nick was very patient and explained everything that needed to be done for my root canal. He was clear with all my options and the best way forward. He was very gentle and always checking that I was ok. I live almost an hour away and I would rather travel to Pakenham Dental than go to my local dentist. I will definitely keep going back to Dr. Nick and his team.
I went to get a filing. I advised them before I went why I was going. $140 later, no filling, no clean just photos and xrays. Quoted $5k for 1 tooth implant and crown or a maybe filling that might fail and they didnt have time to fill it now. No pensioner concession. This used to be such a great dentist. Not affordable at all now if you’re on fixed income. Got quoted $2800 at another dentist for the same thing. Advise, make sure you get a quote before you let them do anything.
