I left this dental clinic after going here for more than 5 years due to rude/condescending customer service but more importantly, the very poor quality of their dental care (I wasn’t aware of how low the quality was until I recently got a much better new dentist, and just put up with this dental office for far too long).

Today, my new dentist pointed out that I had major plaque buildup and poor gum quality on my bottom teeth because Dr. Rand consistently did a poor job with my fillings — so much so that it took nearly 2 hours for my new dentist to remove the many overhangs (excess of dental filling material that projects beyond the margin of a tooth) that prevented me from properly brushing the gums on my bottom teeth. My new dentist said this was shoddy filling work and should never ever happen.

I rarely saw Dr. Rand in the office, and she frequently left cleaning responsibilities to her assistants, and I remember distinctly her rushing through treatments. One time, I had to come twice in quick succession because she did such a poor job doing my bonding, that it broke and I had to waste time and money to return for a second appointment.

There are plenty of other better dentists in this area, so I recommend choosing them for your dental care instead.

The dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, and I will prolong my appointments as long as possible.

This clinic was recommended to me by a friend. I have been treated by Dr. Rand Alhafidh for the past three visits. She has impressed me with her attention to detail and care. It is the first time I have visited a dentist that I have enjoyed and I will look forward to returning. My treatment by Dr. Rand Alhafidh was conducted with care and with as mild pain as possible. In my opinion, it was the most pleasant experience a dentist can provide. It was as painless as possible and she was very efficient with her time during my appointment. I look forward to my next visit to see Dr. Rand Alhafidh.

The dentists and staff are highly professional and so pleasant to interact with. Everything is well explained in an non-rushed clear manner. My whole family goes to Papefinch Dental .
