Incredibly rude receptionist. All i say to her is i think myself and my little one have and appointment. Got Suspended because I told the receptionist i will beat her after i was disrespect and treated poorly and they try to label me as been aggressive. There was a mother and her 3kids and my 10yrs old that witness the incident. I even mentioned to the dental head how I was treated by the rude receptionist but there was another old woman who back her up because they come from same country ” guess 2 against 6 balck . Fair enough yeah i forgot my appointment. Smh ” like I even want to come back” and now seeing other people reviews saying the same. You lot need to know Respect goes both ways. Sort out your receptionist!!! She is horrible.

Every time I go I receive top high level of service. Last time I visited the clinic I was helped to find a better solution on broken cirkonium bridge replaicement. I was advised to choose metal-ceramic brigde to make sure that it will serve forever. Today Ive got a bridge. The material looks same good as circonium, the colour the dentists helped to choose exactly matching all the rest crowns next to it. I would like to say thank you for all the team members! Professional advices, top quality and affordable prices this is what you should expect in this Dental clinic!

Mind you, I’ve had my new tooth in many years, guaranteed for 5 years, it’s lasted well over 20. So for that, the extra star. 3 stars though for eating time, you said, it has to heal, it has to heal, God knows how many times, after 5 weeks I told them off and said put it in. Just over PS600 for these unusual waits. I still fume , it doesn’t suit you to add up costs like this, in spite of the good job dine. A client will know when he’s healed, as there is no discomfort at all, and you should not should question it.
