Reviews:
I’ve been a patient of Park Dental Blaine for many years. I recently started seeing Dr. Anissa J. Kozlowski, DDS. I was told I needed to have many cavities filled. The first round I had to go back because one of the teeth wasn’t filled completely and the other was left rough which caused an uncomfortable feeling. I went back for the second round of fillings. Immediately I had discomfort and every time I sucked on something or run my tongue all I could hear was a squeaking sound. Within a week of the fillings my tongue and the back of my throat started to have a weird numb feeling even though I knew it wasn’t numb and the squeakiness was getting worse. I called the clinic about two weeks later and they got me into see another Dr. They took X-rays and explained that the one filling was right next to nerves but they couldn’t explain why I was having numbness/tingling as it made no sense and that I should follow up with my primary. They attempted to shave down the filling that was causing the squeakiness but assured me it would go away. Here we are a week later, still dealing with the weird feeling and sound. I tried flossing and the way the filling way done, I can’t get floss in and out. Last night I had to cut the floss out (I was using a pick type flosser( because it wouldn’t come out and I felt like the filling shifted and now the squeakiness is worse as well as extreme pain in that area. I have called a completely different dental clinic to be seen and hopefully have this problem fixed correctly. I no longer trust Park Dental and their dentists with my care. I have never had this type of poor service when seen there but I am not going to risk more damage and pain by continuing to giving them my business.
I had been going to Park Dental for years and absolutely loved everything about them! But due to Covid, I ended up on state assistance for insurance and experienced nothing but rudeness from the staff. Recently, I had a secondary insurance through work and had some work done. The insurance only lasted a month, and I let them know to remove it on my next visit. Months later, I get harassing letters and phone calls, once receiving 4 missed calls during the workday and within 25 hours! When I was able to call back, they forced a cancelation of all future appointments and attempted to accuse me of lying about my insurance. I will never be going back, and it’s unfortunate because the front desk and the DA’s were always amazing.
This is a great dental office. This has been the best dental office I have ever been too. The staff are friendly. The hygenist is friendly, helpful, and through. The team of doctors here are thorough and do a great job!

I get my 6month cleanings here, and have had several fillings put in or fixed before and they did a great job. I would and have recommended this to anyone.
